As soon as the package from Manuela Menzi Studio arrives, it is important to inspect it for signs of damage and to confirm that its contents match your order. This process is crucial in the rare event that the wrong items have been delivered, please check our return policy and let us know, we’ll take care of it right away.
UNWRAP WITH CARE
To appreciate the unique collage design and texture of an individual wrapping sheet, gently unwrap it from the tube.
Take a moment to observe the intricate motifs as they unravel to form a collage – each design narrates a story inspired by nature, literature, and art. Notice how the visually soft matte finish is balanced by the sturdiness of the tear-resistant paper.
HANDLE WITH CLEAN, DRY HANDS
To avoid fingerprints and smudges, it is important to handle the paper with clean, dry hands. Washing your hands with soap and water beforehand prevents oil and dirt from transferring onto the paper. Do not skip the step of drying your hands, as water weakens the paper’s structure by making the paper fibres detach and tear. Following these two steps will keep the paper looking pristine.
STORE FLAT OR ROLLED
You can store the wrapping sheets either by laying them flat in a clean drawer or by re-rolling them and securing them with a ribbon or a soft band, to prevent dents and folds. Avoid securing the wrapping paper with tape or by stacking heavy items on top of the flat sheets; these methods can cause tears and damage.
PROTECT FROM SUNLIGHT
Ultraviolet rays can cause prints to fade, discolour, and become brittle over time. By storing the wrapping paper in a cool, shaded place, you preserve the vividity of its original colours and its overall sturdiness.
