Our store is hosted on squarespace.com. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Prices
The prices on this website are in Swiss Francs (CHF). All prices are inclusive of VAT. It may be necessary to change prices either up or down, from time to time. Any price changes will be confirmed to you at the time of ordering.
Processing orders
We ship worldwide for free. All orders that are placed on our website are processed with in up to 5 working days and shipped from Zurich, Switzerland. Once you order is shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

Europe: up to 5 days
Other countries: 7-15 days
Please note that Manuela Menzi studio is nor responsible for any additional custom and import duties that may occur in your country.
Payment methods
The payment is possible by credit card (Visa, Mastercard) and PayPal.
Return policy
Under the consumer protection (distance selling) regulations, you have up to 7 working days after you have received your delivery to return your order. Please contact us regarding any exchange or returns before sending the items back.
Manuela Menzi studio does not cover the postage cost of returning papers except in the case where the wrong product is supplied.
Images and descriptions
Every reasonable care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions and images of Manuela Menzi studio are accurate. Digital photography has been used and in some cases colours may be slightly different in real life.
